Description:

circWHSC1 is up-regulated in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines, and high circWHSC1 expression is associated with poorer patient survival. Functionally, circWHSC1 promotes cervical cancer proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth and lung metastasis while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circWHSC1 acts as a ceRNA for miR-532-3p to enhance LTBP2 expression, forming the circWHSC1/miR-532-3p/LTBP2 regulatory axis.
