Description:

circ-E2F3 is upregulated in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines and is associated with aggressive clinicopathological features and poor prognosis. Functionally, circ-E2F3 promotes cervical cancer proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, metastasis, and angiogenesis. Mechanistically, circ-E2F3 inhibits miR-296-5p to activate STAT3 nuclear translocation and increase cyclin D1 expression.
