Functionally, circ-E2F3 promotes cervical cancer proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, metastasis, and angiogenesis. Mechanistically, circ-E2F3 inhibits miR-296-5p to activate STAT3 nuclear translocation and increase cyclin D1 expression.
