Circ-PITX1 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues/cells and promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration/invasion, cell-cycle progression) and metabolic reprogramming (glycolysis and glutamine metabolism) while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-1248 to relieve repression of CCND2, thereby enhancing NSCLC progression and tumor growth in xenografts. |
