Description:

circSLC19A1 is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues and cell lines and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. Its knockdown suppresses PCa cell proliferation/colony formation, migration and invasion by sponging miR-326 and thereby reducing MAPK1 expression (circSLC19A1/miR-326/MAPK1 ceRNA axis).
