Description:

Mechanistically, YTHDC1 mediates m6A-dependent nuclear export of hsa_circ_0102678, and cytoplasmic hsa_circ_0102678 sponges miR-146a to upregulate IRAK1 and TRAF6, enhancing MAPK/NF-kappaB-associated inflammation.
