| Description: |
circPVRL3 is downregulated in PDAC and functions as a ceRNA that sponges miR-194-5p, thereby relieving repression of SOCS2 and reducing PI3K/AKT pathway activation. Loss of circPVRL3 promotes PDAC cell proliferation and migration, while circPVRL3 overexpression suppresses these phenotypes in vitro and in xenograft models. |
