Description:

In gastric cancer, circORC5 is up-regulated and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes proliferation and invasion by sponging miR-30c-2-3p, thereby increasing downstream targets including AKT1S1 (and EIF4B); METTL14-mediated m6A modification reduces circORC5 expression and suppresses GC progression.
