Description:

circSNX6 is up-regulated in HCC tissues and cell lines and is associated with worse overall survival. Functionally, circSNX6 promotes HCC proliferation, migration/invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis by sponging miR-383-5p to increase VEGFA expression, and its knockdown induces apoptosis and suppresses tumor growth/metastasis in vivo.
