Description:

CircFOXO3 is upregulated in degenerative nucleus pulposus tissue and in ROS-stimulated NPCs, and its knockdown suppresses oxeiptosis and alleviates IVDD in vivo. It acts as a ceRNA sponging miR-185-3p and miR-939-5p to increase ASIC1, enhancing ASIC1-mediated Ca2+ influx and activation of the KEAP1-PGAM5-AIFM1 oxeiptosis pathway.
