Description:

circLDLRAD3 is up-regulated in lung cancer tissues and cells and is associated with more aggressive clinicopathologic features. Functionally, circLDLRAD3 promotes lung cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a miR-497-5p sponge to increase PFKP expression, suggesting the circLDLRAD3/miR-497-5p/PFKP axis as a potential therapeutic target.
