Description:

circSPIRE1 is up-regulated in prostate cancer and promotes proliferation, migration and invasion. It is translated via an IRES-dependent rolling circle mechanism regulated by hnRNPA1 SDMA modification to generate rtSPIRE1, which stabilizes LRP5 by inhibiting ubiquitination and thereby activates PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling and EMT.
