Description:

circTMC5 is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues, plasma and cell lines and predicts poorer survival. It promotes GC progression and metastasis by sponging miR-361-3p and increasing RABL6 expression, enhancing proliferation, migration and invasion while suppressing apoptosis. circTMC5 also has potential diagnostic and prognostic value, and its downstream RABL6-related effects may involve immune regulation.
