Description:

circSTRBP is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues/cells and enriched in GC-derived exosomes. It promotes GC proliferation/viability, migration, invasion, angiogenesis and xenograft tumor growth by sponging miR-1294 and miR-593-3p to increase E2F2 expression, and high circSTRBP correlates with poor overall survival.
