Description:

circHIPK3 is upregulated in HCC tissues and cell lines, and higher expression is associated with poorer overall survival. Functionally, circHIPK3 promotes HCC migration, invasion, EMT and lung metastasis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-338-3p to increase ZEB2 expression and regulate EMT-associated proteins.
