| Description: |
circVAMP3 (hsa_circ_0006354), derived from VAMP3 exons 3-4, is induced by IAV infection and IFN-beta and is mainly cytoplasmic. It restricts IAV replication in vitro and in mouse lungs in vivo by directly binding viral NP and NS1, weakening NP-PB1/PB2/vRNA interactions to impair vRNP activity and relieving NS1-mediated inhibition of RIG-I/TRIM25 to restore IFN-beta signaling. |
