Description:

circNOLC1 is upregulated in prostate cancer and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-647 to increase PAQR4 expression and thereby promotes PI3K/AKT pathway activation, enhancing proliferation, migration, tumor growth, and angiogenesis. NF-kappaB transcriptionally upregulates NOLC1 and circNOLC1 via binding the NOLC1 promoter.
