Description:

In colorectal cancer, hsa_circ_0074854 is up-regulated in tissues and CRC cell lines and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. Its knockdown suppresses proliferation/migration/invasion, induces G0/G1 arrest, and increases apoptosis. Mechanistically, it is proposed to function via a ceRNA axis by suppressing miR-2110 and thereby increasing ENO2 and IGF2BP3 expression, with downstream associations to immune cell infiltration through these target genes.
