| Description: |
circ-NFKB1 is up-regulated in OA cartilage and IL-1beta-treated chondrocytes. It promotes OA-related chondrocyte apoptosis and inflammatory responses by sponging miR-203a-5p, thereby increasing ERBB4 expression; circ-NFKB1 knockdown alleviates OA phenotypes in vitro and in an ACLT rat OA model. |
