Description:

circ-ABCC4 is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues and cell lines and promotes malignant progression and radioresistance while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ-ABCC4 sponges miR-1253 to increase SOX4 expression, forming a circ-ABCC4/miR-1253/SOX4 regulatory axis associated with poor patient survival.
