Description:

CircTBX5 is up-regulated in OA cartilage and IL-1beta-treated C28/I2 chondrocytes. Functionally, circTBX5 knockdown alleviates IL-1beta-induced injury (reduced inflammation, apoptosis, and ECM degradation; improved viability/proliferation) by sponging miR-558 to downregulate MyD88 and inactivate NF-kappaB signaling.
