Description:

circHIPK3 was down-regulated in lens epithelial samples from age-related cataract patients compared with control lens epithelial samples, based on circRNA sequencing and qRT-PCR validation. Functional experiments in primary cultured HLECs showed circHIPK3 involvement in viability, apoptosis, proliferation and EMT.
