Description:

In human aortic smooth muscle cells, circSOD2 was identified by circRNA RNA-seq and was up-regulated after PDGF-BB treatment, with time-dependent validation by RT-qPCR. Functional experiments in HASMCs showed that circSOD2 promotes SMC proliferation.
