Primary mouse chondrocytes showed increased circHIPK3 expression after co-culture with MSC-derived extracellular vesicles, as measured by qRT-PCR. MSCs-circHIPK3-EVs promoted chondrocyte proliferation and migration and suppressed apoptosis in osteoarthritis-related chondrocyte injury models.
