Description:

circANRIL was detected in CD68-positive macrophages in human atherosclerotic plaques by RNA in situ hybridization with cell marker co-localization. In iPSC-derived macrophages, circANRIL overexpression caused pre-rRNA accumulation and induced apoptosis.
