In primary human monocyte-derived macrophages used to establish an ox-LDL-induced AS cell model, circTM7SF3 expression was up-regulated by ox-LDL and reduced by si-circTM7SF3. CircTM7SF3 interference attenuated ox-LDL-induced inflammatory cytokine secretion in these differentiated hMDMs.
