Description:

circHIPK3 (mmu_circ_0001052) was significantly upregulated in primary mouse cardiac fibroblasts exposed to hypoxia compared with untreated normal cardiac fibroblasts. Functional assays in CFs indicated that circHIPK3 promoted proliferation, migration, and fibrotic phenotypic switching via the miR-152-3p/TGF-β2 axis.
