Description:

In primary mouse NSCs, circHIPK2 siRNA lentiviral transduction significantly decreased circHIPK2 expression compared with control-transduced NSCs. Silencing circHIPK2 in NSCs promoted neuronal differentiation and was evaluated as a therapeutic strategy in tMCAO-induced ischaemic stroke.
