Description:

circHIPK3 is up-regulated in primary human lung cancer cells compared with primary human lung epithelial cells, measured by qPCR after primary cell isolation and culture. Functional experiments in these primary lung cancer cells showed that circHIPK3 silencing reduced viability and induced apoptosis, while overexpression enhanced viability and proliferation.
