Description:

FACS-defined GFP+CD68+ macrophages from post-MI mice showed selective downregulation of circHIPK2 after macrophage-targeted AAV9-circHIPK2-shR treatment compared with scramble control. This cell-specific inhibition was associated with reduced inflammatory gene expression in macrophages.
