Description:

circSOD2 is up-regulated in M1 macrophages compared with M2 macrophages, including macrophages derived from gastric cancer patient monocytes and measured by PCR/qRT-PCR. Functional assays indicate that circSOD2 promotes M1 polarization and macrophage-mediated reduction of cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer cells.
