Description:

In hepatocellular carcinoma, MACS-isolated tumor-associated macrophages showed approximately 8-fold higher circPETH expression than monocyte-derived macrophages by qRT-PCR. The authors further reported that TAM-derived EV-loaded circPETH is transferred to HCC cells and promotes metastatic and metabolic phenotypes.
