Description:

IF-FISH in human liver sections showed ciR-EIS colocalization with the macrophage marker CD68, and macrophage ciR-EIS expression was decreased in MASH. Functional experiments in THP-1-derived macrophages indicated that ciR-EIS modulates macrophage polarization involving the miR-548m/IGF1 axis.
