Description:

CircHIPK3 was detected by FISH in OVA and Th2 differentiation-induced CD4+ T cells, with cytoplasmic localization in the same pattern as miR-495. Functional assays in isolated CD4+ T cells indicated that CircHIPK3 promoted Th2 differentiation via the miR-495/GATA-3 pathway.
