Description:

RNA-FISH combined with F4/80 immunostaining showed circ‐PIAS1‐5 co-localization with macrophages in atherosclerotic plaques of high-methionine diet ApoE−/− mice. The study also reports that circ‐PIAS1‐5 suppresses lipid accumulation in foam cells during Hcy-induced atherosclerosis.
