circ_0003420 was significantly up-regulated in primary isolated Kupffer cells after LPS treatment compared with untreated controls. Functional experiments in LPS-treated Kupffer cells showed that circ_0003420 silencing attenuated apoptosis and inflammatory cytokine expression.
