Description:

circKIAA0391 / Hsa_circ_0003241 is up-regulated in decidual macrophages from recurrent miscarriage patients compared with healthy controls, supported by circRNA high-throughput sequencing and qRT-PCR validation after CD14-positive cell sorting. Functional experiments in THP-1-derived macrophage cells showed that circKIAA0391 promotes apoptosis and proinflammatory polarization via the miR-512-5p/MITA axis.
