Description:

circ-Phkb was up-regulated in alveolar macrophages isolated from LPS-induced ALI rats, verified by qRT-PCR. Functional experiments in rat alveolar macrophage NR8383 cells indicated that circ-Phkb promotes apoptosis and inflammatory factor release through the TLR4/MyD88/NF-kB/CCL2 axis.
