Description:

In mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages, circ-Cdr1as was significantly downregulated in pro-inflammatory macrophages based on RT-qPCR validation of circRNA profiling data. Functional experiments indicate circ-Cdr1as participates in macrophage phenotypic switching toward an anti-inflammatory phenotype.
