Description:

ISH combined with CD68 immunofluorescence showed that circMERTK expression mainly overlapped with macrophages in CRC tissues and was higher in CRC tissues than matched normal tissues. The study further linked circMERTK in TAM-like cells to immunosuppressive activity through the circMERTK/miR-125a-3p/IL-10 axis.
