In the present study, it was revealed that AGPS was able to regulate the expression of circular RNAs (circRNAs), which may be the mechanism of its anticancer activity. Therefore, the effects of AGPS silencing and knockout on circRNA expression in the thyroid cancer cell line FRO were investigated using circRNAs microarray.
