In summary, by investigating the differentially expressed circRNAs for clinical tumor samples, we have revealed a complex regulatory network for bladder cancer. The signaling pathways involved in the proliferation, metastasis, and transformation of the cancer are predicted to be subject to regulations of these differential circRNAs.
