Molecular mechanism: circ_0009035 was found to be able to target hsa-miR-1305, and the expression of hsa-miR-1305 in tumor tissues and cells was significantly lower. hsa-miR-1305 inhibitor could restore cell-related progression of cervical cancer inhibited by si-circ_0009035. Finally, hsa-miR-1305 could target CREBRF, and circ_0009035 could regulate CREBRF expression by targeting hsa-miR-1305, thereby affecting cervical cancer tumorigenesis.
