Molecular mechanism: Circ_0000745 acted as a molecular sponge for hsa-miR-494-3p in ALL cells. hsa-miR-494-3p silencing partly diminished circ_0000745 knockdown-induced anti-tumor effects in ALL cells. NET1 was a target of hsa-miR-494-3p, and hsa-miR-494-3p overexpression-induced anti-tumor influences were partly counteracted by the accumulation of NET1 in ALL cells. Circ_0000745 can positively regulate NET1 expression by sponging hsa-miR-494-3p in ALL cells.
