Biological function: oth SMSCs-Exos and Ad-circEDIL3-SMSCs-Exos significantly downregulated the expression of VEGF induced by the IL-6/sIL-6R complex in the supernatants of RA-FLS and HDMECs co-culture as well as in the cell lysate of co-cultured RA-FLS, and the extent of reduction was more pronounced in the latter.
Molecular mechanism: _ubsequent experiments showed that angiogenic activity was significantly downregulated by SMSCs-Exos and Ad-circEDIL3-SMSCs-Exos due to reduced VEGF expression.
