Description:

In conclusion, our findings revealed that circ_TGFBR2 was down-regulated in AD on vivo and vitro level. Mechanistically, circ_TGFBR2 sponged miR-29a in AD-VSMC cells to regulate proliferation, migration and VSMCs phenotypic switch by affecting expression of target KLF4.
