Molecular mechanism: Circ_RASGEF1B bound to miR-146a-5p and miR-146a-5p interference partly overturned circ_RASGEF1B silencing-mediated effects in LPS-induced TCMK-1 cells. Pdk1 was a target of miR-146a-5p, and Pdk1 accumulation partly counteracted miR-146a-5p-induced influences in TCMK-1 cells upon LPS stimulation.
