Description:

Our mechanistic data indicate that RhoA is a direct target of miR-200b, binding of which affects the expression of invasion and migration in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines. And correlation analysis showed that miR-200b was inversely correlated with RhoA and circ_000839, while RhoA was positively correlated with circ_000839.
