knocking down either RBPJ or DAB1 partially recovered BMSC proliferation and osteogenic differentiation that was suppressed by circ-DAB1 overexpression. Conclusively, circ-DAB1 promotes cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs via NOTCH/RBPJ pathway.
