QRT-PCR is performed to validate the microarray data of 10 randomly selected differentially expressed circRNAs, including five upregulated circRNAs (hsa_circRNA_103366, hsa_circRNA_103936, hsa_circRNA_101618, hsa_circRNA_405619, and hsa_circRNA_000843) and five downregulated circRNAs (hsa_circRNA_104395, hsa_circRNA_400066, hsa_circRNA_010015, hsa_circRNA_402904, and hsa_circRNA_403472). We verified eight circRNAs, but were unable to detect hsa_circRNA_400066 and hsa_circRNA_010015.
