Description:

The 12 significantly upregulated circRNAs (Fig 5A, Table 2) as well as the four significantly downregulated circRNAs (Fig 5A, Table 3) were selected for qRT-PCR validation. The qRT-PCR results revealed that all 12 upregulated circRNAs and all four downregulated circRNAs were significantly differentiated between PTC tumors versus matching normal thyroid tissue.
