circRNA-disease information
Detected method:
Q
Detected method confidence High
Expression pattern:
DN
Associated gene: DACT2
Associated microRNA: hsa-miR-761
Biological function: Overexpression of circDUSP1 significantly attenuated cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition, while increased the sensitivity of TNBC cells to paclitaxel.
Molecular mechanism: circDUSP1/hsa-miR-761/DACT2 axis, miRNA sponge
Survival: -
Supported No.:
1
Description:

Taken together, our findings revealed a role for the regulation of the miR-761/DACT2 axis by circDUSP1 in the biological process of TNBC. These results provided new insights into the biological mechanism and targeted therapy of TNBC.
